Early A/C Bezel Wanted

I need an early A/C controls bezel with the ealry sticker on it. It's the one with the green writing and the lock doors, cooling fan fail, and rear defrost symbols actually printed on the bottom. My car was broken into at some point before I bought the car and it was destroyed when the radio was taken. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike.
